Apples

Beetroot

Vitamins A, C and K are all common in beetroots and they all have various uses. Vitamin A is more prevalent in carrots, so we’ll save that for then. Carrot

Carrot is also a good ingredient to promote healthy skin and like its fellow root vegetable the beetroot it contains plenty of useful vitamins. Its best use is to prevent dry skin and acne, but over time it has also been shown to slow the physical signs of aging.

Cucumber

Adding some cucumber to your juice is helpful in many ways. Firstly, it’s high water content makes it brilliant for bulking up your juice and diluting some stronger ingredients. However, outside of its application to improve a juice, this high water content acts as brilliant hydration for your body and skin. This keeps it from becoming too dry and flaky.
