- 1 cup of Pomegranate seeds
- 10 Mint leaves
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 2 cups of Water
- Sugar to taste
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- 1. Juice the ingredients altogether.

WATERMELON SUMMER JUICE

Ingredients
- 2 Cups of Watermelon (chunks)
- 2 peaches (remove the inside seed before juicing)
Instructions
1. Juice watermelon without the seeds
2. Juice the two peaches without the seeds
3. Pour in a tall glass. Serve chilled with ice cubes.
CUCUMBER COOLER

Ingredients-
- ½ cucumber, medium-sized (peeled and sliced)
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped mint Leaves
- 1 cup cold water
- Half Lemon
Instructions-
1. Juice the cucumber and mint leaves.
2. Pour the juice into a serving glass. Add fresh lemon juice.
3. Stir well and serve chilled.
BEETROOT GINGER JUICE
Ingredients-
- 1 medium orange, peeled and quartered
- 5 kale leaves
- 1 medium apple, cut into wedges
- 3 medium carrots, peeled
- 1 large beet, peeled and cut into wedges
- 1 1-inch piece peeled fresh ginger
Instructions-
1. Juice the beetroot along with orange, kale leaves, carrots, apples and ginger.
2 . Mix well and serve in a glass quarter filled with ice-cubes.
TOMATO JUICE
It is always readily available, and some people just love the tangy taste.
Ingredients-
- 4 cups tomato (chopped)
- ½ Lemon juice
Instructions-
1. Juice the tomatoes.
2. You can add sugar, salt, pepper and lemon juice according to your taste buds.
3. Serve chilled and garnish the juice with fresh coriander leaves.

- 2 Royal Gala Apples
- 1 handful fresh strawberries
