The Omega MM900 is a popular choice when looking to juice celery, it is specifically designed to be the most efficient in doing so. Celery is widely known for its healing properties when treating many chronic diseases and goes hand in hand with the Omega MM900.

Although the Omega MM900 is tailored to juicing celery, it can also produce many other familiar juices such as carrot juice, fruit juice, leafy green juice (Spinach and Kale) and wheatgrass juice etc.

Ideally, for more fibrous produce (leafy greens) the pressure would need to increased and for softer produce with high liquid content (citrus fruits) the pressure would need to be decreased. This added feature gives the Omega MM900 superiority over other horizontal masticating juicers.

Dual-Stage Masticating Extraction

The main purpose of dual stage masticating extraction is to maximise the amount of juice squeezed out of produce. The augur is split into two sections, with the first section focusing on biting and tearing apart the produce and the second section focusing on crushing.
