The only dehydrator book I need
At last! A book that explains about dehydrating in a quick-reference way. It doesn't assume that I want to rehydrate the food later, which many/most books do. I really appreciate that the look-up section provides information on drying times for areas of different humidity (supplemented by a map so you can see which area applies to you). It clearly separates foods into groups by how good they are for dehydrating (Excellent, Good, Poor). The layout is clear and easy, I don't have to wade through loads of text to get to the important bis. For raw foodists (which I'm not) it includes info on that too. Very easy to use.
