Simply fill the glass bowl with 1-2 inches of water and a small amount of mild dishwashing liquid. Next, place the lid onto the fryer and set the temperature to 200°C and the timer to 10 mins. Once the timer has finished, carefully open the lid and allow the glass bowl to cool down before emptying the liquid inside. Finally, rinse the glass bowl in warm water, removing any soap residue.
