The Gastroback Design Hot Air Fryer Pro is an XXL hot air fryer with a capacity of 6.5 litres. With 8 preset programmes you can take ultimate control over your culinary creations and the touch control panel makes for easy and quick adjustments all at the tip of your finger.
With 8 different preset programs at the tip of your fingertips, the touch control panel allows ultimate control over your cooking. Choose from fries, chicken wings/thighs, fish, beefsteak and cutlet, cakes and dried fruit for the perfectly tailored heat profile program for your ingredient's individual needs.
Adjust your temperature precisely in 5°C increments between 80°C and 200°C and 40°C-80°C for the dried fruit program. Adjust the timer from 1-60 minutes or 2-9 hours for the dried fruit program for stress-free air-frying.
Achieve better-tasting food, with lower fat content. Bake, dry, cook, fry, grill and defrost all without added oil or fat. You can cook a whole chicken or 1.5kg of fries in the XXL - 6.5L capacity basket. The basket and rack are removable and dishwasher-safe.
