Unique Cutting Blade

The DU also features a unique end cap design that has never been seen before in a horizontal juicer. This end cap style has a stainless-steel plate with a cutting blade on its inner surface. The blade cuts down pulp as it is pushed out of the juicer and controls the rate of ejection, ensuring that it is even throughout the entire juicing process. Finally, the blade also helps to achieve better results with the mincing functions of the DU.

Efficient Juicing

As well as some unique features the DU performs well during juicing and it operates at a steady and slow speed of 64 RPM. This allows it to effectively get high yields from many types of ingredients, ensuring pulp well pressed. The cold press mechanism also ensures that plenty of nutrients are transferred from ingredients to the juice as they are squeezed.

4 in 1 Functions

Alongside its great juicing ability the DU is also capable of a range of other functions, which can be achieved with the homogenising blank and 4 provided nozzles. In total it specialises in 3 other functions outside of juicing and these are: mincing, kneading and grinding.
