Alpha+ Technology

The H-AE is utilising Hurom’s latest Alpha+ juicing components, which are currently at the pinnacle of vertical juicing technology. The Alpha+ juicing bowl has seen the most changes in total, and it now features a permanent hex cog in its centre, allowing very fast and easy assembly. The bowl also has an inbuilt gear system in its base, which allows the spinning brush and juicing screen to rotate at an ultra slow speed of 17 RPM.

Two-Way Hopper

The hopper of the H-AE is one of a kind, and serves as an excellent example of design innovation. It features two inlet styles, including a standard vertical chute, and a horizontal tray that leads into a gap in the side of the vertical chute. These two inlets have different uses and are specialised for different ingredient types. The tray is ideal for wide or round ingredients, and the vertical inlet works best with long ingredients.

Ergonomic Design

Due to the collaboration with Giorgetto Giugiaro the H-AE can be classed as a work of art. The included coarse screen can be used in place of the standard fine screen to produce thicker juice that contains higher pulp levels.
