Planetary action

With KitchenAid’s original ‘Planetary Action’ the beater shaft rotates in one direction while your attachment rotates in the opposite, allowing you to whip cream in under 60 seconds! Simply set the 10-speed variable control lever to 10 and marvel at the speed. This amazing technology creates at least 59 touchpoints around the bowl ensuring your mixture will be fully incorporated and you aren’t left with frustrating pockets of untouched ingredients.

Intuitive design

Utilising a tilt-head mechanism the mixer head is easily tipped backwards away from your mixing bowl, allowing for easy monitoring of your mixture’s progress. This also makes installing and removing attachments simple and quick, by simply pressing the release button and tilting the head back, you can change any of the multiple included attachments with ease.

Holding up to 1kg of all-purpose flour, the large 4.8L bowl makes large recipes simple and the additional 3L bowl allows you to continue without the need to stop and wash up.

Wide range of accessories

Coming pre-equipped with four mixing accessories, you can get stuck into mixing with no delay. Included is a dough hook, flat beater, wire whisk and flex-edge beater as well as a pouring shield which prevents both wet and dry ingredients from splashing or clouding out of the bowl. While you wash the wire whisk with warm and soapy water, place the bowls, pouring shield, beaters and dough hook in the dishwasher to make for easy cleanup. There is also a wide variety of other additional attachments which expand the already great utility of this mixer and help you get the most out of your KitchenAid mixer.
