The CNC80 uses similar materials and parts from its predecessor, which includes a two-stage extraction process that features a patented augur made from GE Ultem which is 8 times stronger than standard plastics. The drum guide is made from Tritan plastic which is BPA free and impact resistant.

The main difference between the 8006 and CNC80 is that the parts have been made smaller for people that need the extra counter space. This is particularly evident from the juicing screen, which has a much smaller surface area compared to other juicers, yet is still able to keep up and produce fantastic yields. It also has fewer areas for pulp to get stuck in, ensuring that the majority of the pulp produced will end up in the container, not the juicer itself.
