This appliance can poach 6 eggs at a time or 4 x 200g fillet steaks, which gives you plenty of space to cook for your family. You also have the option of sous vide cooking, which has many benefits to flavour and health.

Temperature Control

Controlling the temperature is the secret to sous vide and egg cooking, as keeping a low constant temperature can create evenly cooked eggs and meat. The temperature gauge that can be placed in the top of the lid can easily monitor the temperature without getting in the way.

There is also a handy egg piercer included in the Precision Poacher, which helps cook the eggs more evenly. 

By using the texture button on the control panel you can choose from soft, medium and hard boiled eggs, which gives you greater control. 

LCD Display 

With the LCD display, you can control when the One Precision Poacher starts, by setting the relevant time on the LCD display. This is perfect for sous vide cooking that needs a slow cook time. You can also increase and decrease the temperature as well as choosing which cooking mode you need.
