The Sage Oracle coffee machine is a capable and functional device that provides a highly customisable user experience. It is easy to control through a simple button interface and the LCD panel provide a clear readout on all functions. Furthermore, the Oracle allows for a user to take as much control as they want providing an array of customisable options for grinding, brewing and milk frothing.
The Oracle has also been fine-tuned to produce perfect coffee every time, and it achieves that with a perfect 19 - 22g dose that is automatically ground and tamped to optimal levels. Furthermore, the highly configurable temperature controls allow for anyone to make their ideal coffee blend for unique tastes.
The Oracle is highly versatile and provides easy access to a range of settings allowing for a wide variety of coffees to be created with ease. In just a few button presses it is easy to select between the production of a Latte, Cappuccino, Flat White or Espresso and the LCD panel gives a clear readout on all important information.
The Oracle is also able to produce an Americano with just one button press, and it can swiftly delivery a double espresso shot followed by hot water from a dedicated spout. This function is similar to what would be expected from a commercial machine.
The Oracle is capable of great performance, which is partly due to its Triple Heat system. This system uses a precise PID digital temperature control to ensure that the water is at a perfect temperature as it is mixed with the ground coffee, resulting in a perfect brew flavour every time. This coffee machine also ensures a perfect brew by gradually increasing the pressure applied to grinds for an even extraction.
Perfectly frothed milk is key to many styles of coffee, but everyone has their own tastes and preferences. Therefore, the automatic steam wand in the Oracle can be modified to operate at different levels to produce varying styles of frothed milk. This makes it easy to produce a smooth milk for Lattes or a thick and creamy milk for Cappuccinos.
Beyond being customisable, the steam wand is also able to clean itself after use. Keeping it clean and fresh between coffees. It is also able to function while coffee is being brewed since the Oracle is equipped with two separate boilers. One of these boilers is dedicated to brewing, but the other allows the steamer to heat up simultaneously with the coffee next to it.
