The Sage Oracle Touch coffee machine is a sophisticated and user-friendly device that brings barista style coffee to a domestic setting. It focuses on being easy to use and achieves this with a large 4-inch touch display that can be used to control an array of functions. The interface allows for a plenty of customisation and a total of 8 personalised coffees can be created and saved on it.
The Oracle Touch has also been fine-tuned to produce perfect coffee every time, and it achieves that with a perfect 19 - 22g dose that is automatically ground and tamped to optimal levels. Furthermore, the highly configurable temperature controls allow for anyone to make their ideal coffee blend for unique tastes.
The touch interface of the Oracle Touch provides an easy method of controlling all operations, streamlining them where possible. As a result, the coffee production process is carried out in 3 simple steps of grind, brew and milk. When suitable each step can be selected with just one touch, allowing the user to work at their own pace.
The touchscreen interface also provides quick access to a variety of pre-set coffee options with shortcuts to classics like Espresso, Latte, Cappuccino and Americano. However, it is not limited to these and users are also given the option to create their own personalised coffee blends. These blends can be customised in length, milk temperature and froth levels, which can be set depending on individual preferences. Each individual blend on the Oracle Touch can be assigned a relevant name and picture, with up to 8 save slots available.
The Oracle Touch is capable of great performance, which is partly due to its Triple Heat system. This system uses a precise PID digital temperature control to ensure that the water is at a perfect temperature as it is mixed with the ground coffee, resulting in a perfect brew flavour every time. This coffee machine also ensures a perfect brew by gradually increasing the pressure applied to grinds for an even extraction.
Perfectly frothed milk is key to many styles of coffee, but everyone has their own tastes and preferences. Therefore, the automatic steam wand in the Oracle Touch is able to change the temperature it operates at and the pressure of airflow as it creates foam. These factors allow for full control of the texture and temperature of the milk at a professional level.
Beyond being customisable, the steam wand is also able to clean itself after use. Keeping it clean and fresh between coffees. It is also able to function while coffee is being brewed since the Oracle Touch is equipped with two separate boilers. One of these boilers is dedicated to brewing, but the other allows the steamer to heat up simultaneously with the coffee next to it.
