The Vidia PBL-001 comes with a large 700-ml main blending jar, a 500-ml medium jar, and a 350-ml to-go cup with an integrated handle and two on the go lids. The interchangeable jars allow you to personalise the size of your blends, whether you want to roughly chop up some ingredients, make a full-size smoothie or make a quick batter, the Personal Blender will be able to accommodate for all your cooking needs. You can also store the jugs in the fridge with a sealed lid to help your blend last that little bit longer.
Super compact and sleek, the Personal Blender has a stainless steel body and parts, which makes it durable and easy to clean. Due to the blades being made out of stainless steel they are strong enough to cut tough ingredients like carrots and apples with ease.
The interface on the personal blender is pretty straightforward, with just 3 buttons, auto blend, stop/start and pulse, you’ll be able to create the perfect blend with just a touch of a finger. The auto-blend technology uses a pre-programmed cycle of short and long pulses to make the perfect smoothie in just 60 seconds. If you don’t want to use the pre-programmed button you can always press the start button and let it run for as long as you need. The pulse feature is a handy feature that will allow you too chop up ingredients or blitz any hard or stubborn chunks. The cleaning is also simple as the jars can be put straight into the dishwasher once finished with.
Power is not subsidised in the Vidia PBL-001 as the 1000 watt motor can get up to 23,000 rotations per minute meaning it can smash through even the toughest healthy ingredients, giving finely blended results for better digestion and nutrient absorption. You can crush ice, chop nuts, seeds, spice mixes and grind to create salsas.
